Eye Associates — front desk
The link goes to the shared mailbox. Anyone who can open that mailbox can open the queue.
Twice a day, at 11:00 and 3:00, the system counts what has come in and rings once if there is anything new. It stays quiet when there isn't.
Only these addresses can request a sign-in link. Anyone else asking for one gets no email and no error — telling a stranger which addresses work here would be a free directory.
Front desk sees the queue and marks people called. Administrators also get settings, this page, and the audit log.
Every sign-in, every view of the queue, every change. Kept six years.
